Congratulations on receiving your Virgin Experiences voucher! You can easily redeem your voucher and book your journey through our website. Most of our journeys take place between March and November and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. 

How to redeem your Virgin Experiences voucher: 

Vouchers for two people can be booked easily online. If you have a voucher for three and four persons, you should contact us to book in using the details below.

1. Choose your experience
   Use the buttons below to select the specific experience shown on your voucher.
2. Pick your date & time
   Select your preferred departure date and time from our calandar.
3. Add your ticket(s) to the basket
   Add 1x "Ticket for Two - Virgin Experiences" to your basket (or more if you have multiple vouchers). This will create a basket with a £0.00 balance.
   Note: Do NOT enter your Virgin voucher code into the "Voucher code" box on the basket page - that box is for Fox & Edwards Events vouchers ONLY. 
4. Enter your voucher details
   At checkout, after entering your name and contact details, you'll be asked for your Virgin Experiences serial number, PIN and expiry date. 
5. Confirm and enjoy!
   Complete your booking and get ready for your steam train journey.
