How to Use Gift Vouchers
Congratulations on receiving your Fox & Edwards Events Gift Voucher!
You can use this online through our booking system for the journey described on the voucher.
If your voucher is not a Fox & Edwards Events Gift Voucher purchased directly from ourselves but is a Virgin Experiences voucher instead - click here.
How to Use Your Voucher
- Find your 16 character voucher code from your printed or electronic voucher - it will be in this format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
- View our journeys and select the location and food type that matches your voucher. If you have a 'Pick Your Own' then you can select your desired location and journey type freely.
- Select your desired date and time
- Press the + to the side of the ticket which is described on your voucher (e..g Ticket for Two) and then add it to your basket
- Enter your 16 character voucher code in the "Voucher code" box on the Basket page - this will knock the transaction value to zero.
- Fill in your details and menu choices to complete the booking.
- You will receive a confirmation email after booking.
Points to Note
- The gift voucher will only work on the journey type and location described on the voucher unless it is a 'Pick Your Own'. Please contact us if you wish to discuss the possibility of going to a different location or on a different journey type
- Entering the order reference (beginning with D) into the Gift Voucher box at checkout will not work and will generate an error. If you only have the order reference beginning in D then the voucher purchaser may have sent you the wrong email.
