How to Use Gift Vouchers

Congratulations on receiving a Fox & Edwards Events Gift Voucher! Here's everything you need to know to redeem it and book your steam train journey.

Please Note: If your voucher is from Virgin Experiences (not directly from Fox & Edwards Events), please click here. 

How to Redeem Your Voucher: 

1. Locate your voucher code
   Find your unique 16-character voucher code on your printed or electronic voucher. It will look something like this XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
    
2. Choose your journey
   Browse our range of journeys and select the location and food option that matches your voucher. Note: If you have a "Pick Your Own" voucher, you can freely choose your location and journey type. 
    
3. Pick your date & time
   Select your preferred departure from the available character. 
    
4. Add tickets to your basket
   Press the + next to the ticket type shown on your voucher (e.g., "Ticket for Two")
    
5. Enter your voucher code
   On the Basket page, type your 16-voucher code into the "voucher code" box. This will reduce the value of your transaction to £0.00.
    
6. Complete your booking
   Fill in your details, menu choices and confirm. You will then receive your booking confirmation by email. 

Important Notes:

• Vouchers are only valid for the journey type and location stated on them, unless it is a "Pick Your Own" voucher. If you'd like to book a different journey, please contact our team to discuss options. 
• Make sure you use the 16-character voucher code. Entering an order reference (starting with "D") will not work and will cause an error.
• If you've only been sent an order reference, the voucher purchaser may have sent you the wrong email.
