Line - Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre

Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre offers a 10 mile journey along part of the Great Central Main Line, running from Ruddington Fields Station to just outside Loughborough. Visitors can enjoy a heritage steam train journey bringing the sights, sounds and atmosphere of classic rail travel to life. 

This line also forms part of an ambitious project to reunite the Great Central Railway from Loughborough to Leicester North, bridging the gap between the Midland Main Line to create one continuous route.
