Gift Vouchers FAQs
Vouchers can be delivered electronically instantly by the system or alternatively we can post a voucher to you for a small fee. Choose this option at checkout if you wish for your voucher to be posted. Please allow time for processing and posting.
Vouchers have the validity of 12 months from the date of purchased and should be used within this time.
We can extend a voucher for a maximum of a further 6 months from the original expiry date for the fee of £20 per voucher. The extension must be purchased and actioned prior to the original expiry date. Should the voucher still remain unused at the end of the 6 months extension, no further extensions can be made.
Extentions must be made by our team either by telephone or by email. Voucher holders cannot activate an extension online themselves.
Occasionally gift vouchers can get held up in the post, especially at busy times, such as Christmas. Please allow 10 days from the date of purchase for your voucher to arrive. Should it not have arrived after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone and we will gladly look into it for you.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased and any experience or funds allocated on them are forfeited after the expiry date if they are unused.
Gift vouchers, whether electronically dilvered or posted, contain a 16 character code which can be entered into the checkout at our online booking system to allow you to book online. The ticket(s) in your basket must match the experience named on your voucher and be for the same location.
it may be possible for us to transfer a voucher from one geographical location to another for a similar journey type and price point.
