Gift Vouchers

Yes. Vouchers are sent electronically instantly by our system, but if you'd prefer a physical voucher, we can post one to you for a small fee. Simply select the posted option at checkout. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery. 

Yes. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within this period. We can extend a voucher once, for up to 6 additional months, for a fee of £25 per voucher. Extensions must be arranged with our team by telephone or email before the original expiry date. Please note that extensions cannot be processed online, and no further extensions can be granted once the 6 month period has passed. 

Occasionally gift vouchers can be delayed in the post, especially during busy times such as Christmas. Please allow for up to 10 days from the date of purchase for your voucher to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us by telephone or email and we will be happy to look into it for you. 

No. Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. Any experience or funds allocated to them will be forfeited if they remain unused after the expiry date. 

Whether delivered electronically or by post, your gift voucher will include a 16-character code. Enter this code at the checkout on our online booking system to redeem it. Please ensure the ticket(s) in your basket match the experience and location named on your voucher. For step-by-step instructions, please see our 'How to Use Gift Vouchers' page. 

In most caes, we can transfer your voucher to a different location, product, or name. Our events typically run between February and October, and transfers are subject to availability. Please note that prices vary by location, and any increase in cost will need to be paid at the time of transfer.

Yes, you can. Simply add extra tickets and make payment for those when making your booking. Please note that this is subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to ensure everyone in your party can travel together.
