Flexible Event Coordinator

Would you love to work with steam trains? Do you enjoy working with the public?

We are always on the look out for persons interested in joining Fox & Edwards Events as a Flexible Events Coordinator to facilitate the delivery of our wonderful steam train journeys all around the UK. We have teams based in Scotland, Northern England, the Midlands, Southern England and Wales!

The role is a zero hour arrangement working to a roster system so we're really flexible about when you can work. 

The role includes (but may not be limited to):

• Welcoming and checking in visitors and providing seating details
• Facilitating visitors getting their food on catering trains (but not the preparation of the food)
• General supervision of how the event is running
• Clearing down at the end of an event
• Thanking visitors
• Managing character appearances on family days

We're always interested in hearing from those that may have event experience or who enjoy working with the public. Our team is a varied demographic too!
