Step on-board a lovingly restored steam train and travel back in time on the Gwili Railway departing from Abergwili Junction station in Carmarthen, SA31 2DG.
Take in the experience of riding in heritage carriages from the 1950s or 1960s on a nine mile round trip along the line - in easy reach of Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Bridgend and Tenby.
As we chuff along, look out for the pretty river Gwili and two wayside country stations restored as they would have been in the early 1900s.
Fish and chips (or sausage / veggie alternative, chosen when booking) are served/collected at the start of the journey to be eaten on-board. You will also be given with a drink and scrumptious flapjack or large biscuit.
Trains depart in the afternoon between 12:00 and 16:00 (shown by date as you book) and the journey lasts approximately 60-75 minutes.
