You can now buy a gift voucher for our 2026 season - the perfect Christmas present! Specific dates for these journeys will be able to book from January, with trips running on a variety of dates from February to October.

Make someone's day with the gift of a steam train journey through Central Scotland from the comfort of a lovingly restored heritage carriage from the 1950s/60s.

This journey follows the shoreline of the Firth of the Forth offering lovely coastal views. To complete the journey, a freshly cooked portion of fish & chips will be waiting at the halfway point ready to enjoy on the return leg.

This journey is the perfect way to mark a special occasion in a unique and memorable way.

Points to Note:

A vegetarian option is available for your recipient to select when booking, if preferred.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gluten-free or dairy-free options on this journey. All meals are provided by a third-party local fish & chip shop therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
